40Summary:
The Digital Gift Processing Specialist will perform a variety of daily online gift imports and exports into the Cook Children's donor database (Raisers Edge), ensure timely and accurate creation of donor and gift records, be responsible for fundraising data entry and accounting functions in order to process gifts and pledges for Cook Children's Health Foundation. Additionally, the Digital Gift Processing Specialist provides team support by assisting with complex problems, serving as a resource to other staff with data related inquiries, and assisting with the training of new staff.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Associate's degree or computer technical school experience preferred with emphasis in business.
Raiser's Edge, Luminate Online and Omatic experience required.
English, clerical skills and strong emphasis in accounting desirable.
HTML, CSS and/or VBA skills highly preferred, as well as frequent use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other software tools.
Experience working in a nonprofit development setting preferred.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working individually or within a team setting required.
Ability to multi-task in an occasionally stressful environment, a detail-oriented disposition, and a comfort with consistent work are critical to success in this position.
