3D Artist

Position Overview
Our client, a full service commercial real estate firm is building a bench of freelance 3D Artists to execute augmented reality (AR) projects using unreal engine. This role requires a strong understanding of 3D design principles and experience working on architectural visualization projects.

This is a fully remote, ongoing freelance role that will begin as soon as the right candidates are identified. There is no set hours expectation. This candidate must have their own computer and software access.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and deploying deliverables for two augmented reality (AR) applications.
• Building & rendering architectural assets.
• Executing motion graphics projects in said applications.
• Strategizing with the team to offer suggestions, updates, and direction on assignments.

Qualifications

• A minimum 5 years of 3D design experience.
• A portfolio showcasing architecture, real estate, building of fly-through content, virtual worlds, and gaming development.
• A strong competency in After Effects & Unreal Engine.
• Strong soft skills (e.g. good verbal and written communication, time management, accountability, etc.).
• Ideally, previous experience working at an architecture firm.
