As Brand Analyst, reporting to a (Senior) Brand Manager, you will be an important part of our team managing a portfolio of brands. You will translate data into insights, possible effects, and action. You will use business analysis tools to identify and evaluate issues and drivers affecting performance and recommend actions to help ensure delivery of our Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
What You'll Do:
Participate in supporting Brand AOP development, providing analytical, forecasting and strategic planning support.
Monthly and ad hoc IRI analyses and reporting of business performance, to inform risks/opportunities, actions and forecast.
Recognize and communicate patterns and data-driven insights. Analyze Category, Brand, Competitive, Channel and Customer dynamics to uncover insights and recommend actions to guide business performance.
Support the Fully Competitive cycle.
Support P&L management for respective categories and brands.
Identify and report out Demand Planning inputs and interdependencies.
Support development of national and customer-specific selling materials, including analytics and additional storytelling.
Collaborate with business teams to ensure assigned projects are completed on time within financial targets.
Collaborate with Brand Development counterparts to share analytically derived insights and recommendations.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required, with an interest in pursuing a post-graduate degree (i.e. MBA).
One year of related experience or successful completion of a transferrable business internship in a related function or industry.
Have knowledge of Demand planning inputs, process, interdependencies or other related knowledge.
Experience using Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint.
Experience collaborating in a team environment.
A passion for consumer brands.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
