Our client in the technology space is looking for an Assistant Editor to join their team for 6 months (with potential to extend or convert to full time), 40 hours per week.

The role:
The Editor will be responsible for editing, proofreading, and publishing agent-facing short- and long-form content. A key aspect of this role is upholding service level agreements and operational excellence standards, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for details, strong interpersonal skills, and customer obsession. Experience in one or more content management systems and content structures is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
-Work closely with Technical Writers, WFS PMs, and PXT stakeholder to deliver on requests to update and publish content in our Content Management System (CMS) within defined contact SLAs and delivery timelines.
-Review and edit written content for grammar and spelling, accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
-Transform segments of the content portfolio from single-use to a reusable "headless" content structure, chunking unstructured long-form content into structured components.
-Audit existing content and editing for consistency across all content.
