Copywriter

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a talented Copywriter to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive copy that engages their target audience and drives conversions. You will play a key role in developing marketing materials across various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.

This is a part-time, freelance role that will require about 5-20 hours/week of availability, depending on project workflow. This will be primarily remote, but you must be located in the Cincinnati, OH area to come onsite for onboarding & key meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing copy for brochures, sales material, social media, any marketing materials, flyers, web copy, etc. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies that align with brand goals and target audience needs.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, grammar, and overall quality before publication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role with a strong portfolio of writing samples.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to get to downtown Cincinnati as meetings require.
• Experience or knowledge in financial services is a plus.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
