Overview of the Role
Our retail media client's internal agency is seeking a skilled Digital Campaign Manager to support advertising initiatives in the Fashion and Home categories. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented digital media professional with a strong background in campaign execution, optimization, and client communication. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns across managed and self-service platforms.
The Basics
- Duration: 6-months (with potential for extension)
- Hours per Week: 40 hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM ET)
- Location: Hybrid, 1 to 3 days/week onsite in Hoboken, NJ
Top 3 Required Qualifications
- Campaign Management Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital campaign management, trafficking, and optimization, including both upper and lower funnel strategies.
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with bid management platforms and campaign analytics tools.
- Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable collaborating via email, Slack, and calls; able to clearly communicate campaign performance and recommendations.
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (4-year college)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and client-facing environments
Key Responsibilities
- Build, execute, and optimize digital media plans for Fashion and Home campaigns
- Manage campaign lifecycle from pre-sale planning to post-sale reporting
- Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and QA processes
- Submit and track internal tickets for campaign adjustments (e.g., item health reports)
- Collaborate with analytics teams to generate insights and performance reports
- Maintain campaign documentation and shared resources
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment
- Attend client meetings as needed
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
