Our client, a global B2B security company based in South Charlotte, is looking for a full-time Digital Content Creator to join their team. This is a hybrid position and the Digital Content Creator will be onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. There is a possibility for a fulltime conversion after 90 days.
The Digital Content Creator will report to the Global Marketing Leader and work cross-functionally with the team's marketing manager, content strategist, and instructional designer.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Generate, film, and edit short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels, LinkedIn clips, YouTube Shorts) to captivate and educate audiences.
- Capture high-quality product photography for marketing campaigns, websites, and sales collateral.
- Design visually compelling graphics and animations that align with client's brand for use on social media, presentations, and other marketing initiatives.
- Develop innovative content ideas that align with business objectives and stay on top of industry trends.
- Manage a multi-channel content calendar, coordinating video, photography, and social media assets.
Social Media & Audience Engagement
- Create energetic, captivating content that appeals to client's audience and encourages active engagement.
- Stay informed of digital and social media trends, integrating fresh, viral styles and best practices into content strategies.
- Partner with marketing team members to tailor content for diverse platforms and target audiences.
Team Collaboration & Execution
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to transform product messaging into visually engaging content.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to client's brand guidelines across all visual materials.
Must Haves:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, including photography, videography, or multimedia marketing.
- Proficient in video production tasks such as filming, editing (using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut), with bonus points for motion graphics skills (After Effects is advantageous).
- Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite for editing photography and creating graphic content.
- Capable of juggling multiple projects, adhering to deadlines, and working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Confident in presenting creative concepts and comfortable appearing on camera when necessary.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, or experience in industries like retail, security, or SaaS.
- Knowledge of animation techniques or creating interactive content.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
