Our client, a Fort Worth-based financial services company, is looking for a full-time Email and SMS Marketing Strategist. This full-time, salaried position comes with comprehensive benefits, and the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
The ideal Email and SMS Marketing Strategist brings experience leading email and SMS marketing initiatives, driving client conversions, retention, and revenue growth through targeted and engaging communications. This position will create and manage both one-time campaigns and automated, triggered journeys that support the client lifecycle, maintain and optimize evergreen content to ensure consistent brand messaging and performance, and develop content strategies, segmentation, and ensure timely delivery of communications.
Email and SMS Marketing Strategist Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies to support business objectives
- Work with internal teams and agencies to create, curate, and manage compelling content tailored to various audience segments
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely execution and coordination across departments
Email and SMS Marketing Strategist Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience/training
- 3+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in a regulated industry
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization and A/B testing
