We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team. The Email Marketing Manager will lead and oversee Wedgewood’s SMS and Email Marketing Program. This role involves end-to-end management of our email campaigns, from journey design and audience building to content creation and program effectiveness. We are looking for a strong background in personalization and marketing automation, lead generation and deepen customer engagement. The person in this role will bring experience with data governance and integrity and ensure that our email marketing program adheres to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. At this time, the role has no direct reports.
What you’ll do:
Email Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Develops and executes comprehensive email marketing strategies, including journey design, audience building, and content creation, to ensure program effectiveness.
- Collaborates effectively with business line leads to align email marketing strategies with broader business goals
Testing and Optimization
- Deploys A/B testing and other optimization strategies in collaboration with business line leads to enhance campaign performance.
- Personalization and Automation
- Utilizes expertise in personalization and marketing automation to enhance the effectiveness of email campaigns, generate leads, and deepen wallet share.
Analytics and Reporting
- Combines analytics and qualitative data to develop and execute strategies that meet branding and client experience standards.
- Establishes a cadence to deliver KPIs and regularly presents campaign performance to key stakeholders.
Program Roadmap and Technical Troubleshooting
- Develops and maintains a roadmap for the email marketing program.
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues.
- Stays abreast of industry trends and emerging Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies.
What you’ve done:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience with SQL and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification preferred.
- Core competency in Email Studio, Advertising Studio, and Journey Builder.
- Strong knowledge of AMP script, HTML and CSS.
- Strong Business to Consumer Marketing experience in a subscription revenue business.
- Experience in Animal Health or Pharmacy Benefit Management services industry is a plus.

- Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $90,000-$125,000, commensurate with the individual's experience and qualifications.
