Our client, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team. This role focuses on overseeing email marketing campaigns, optimizing CRM systems, and providing essential support for various marketing initiatives. The Email Marketing/CRM Associate will work for 40 hours a week and 5 days onsite in Washington DC for 2 months.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and send email campaigns through HubSpot.
- Create complex segmentation lists and refine workflows for better efficiency.
- Track campaign performance and produce actionable reports.
- Maintain and clean CRM data, collaborating with the CRM Manager.
- Tag, segment, and organize CRM records to improve targeting strategies.
- Pull lead and client lists for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Overseeing the Leads section within the CRM.
- Monitoring the Marketing email inbox for timely inquiry routing.
- Updating the Sales and Marketing Report regularly.
- Build and sustain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing performance.
- Update speaker talent details and handle data entry when required.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as speaker lists and one-sheets.
- Onboard and train new hires in CRM systems.
- Act as a key resource for marketing and sales teams regarding CRM and asset access.
- Ad hoc admin support for events as assigned by VP of Marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, ideally in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Strong communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Eagerness to explore new tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and CRM platforms (preferred).
- Experience with marketing analytics or reporting tools (a plus).
