Our global beauty client in North Dallas is looking for a FREELANCE Email Project Coordinator to start in July, 40 hours per week, for at least 18 months.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence at the client's Addison office 4 days a week, with Fridays remote.
The Email Project Coordinator will deploy and track highly segmented outbound campaigns, market-specific email campaigns and digital communications related to promotions, events, and advertising. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for using data, analytics and email best practices through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- 3+ years' experience in email marketing and automation required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred) or similar email marketing platform
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading skills to help with campaigns as needed
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Both B2B and B2C marketing experience preferred
- Knowledge of Illustrator and/or Photoshop for basic image editing (as needed) a plus
Email Project Coordinator Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of business model and communication calendars.
- Assist with all email campaigns, including loading lists, data extension creation, execution, testing, optimization, and follow-up.
- Troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
- Ensure email marketing campaigns always target the right audiences with the right message at the right time.
- Use data to constantly analyze, diagnose, and measure performance against expectations.
- Maintain and manage ESP/Marketing Cloud contact database.
- Adapt to existing processes and procedures, while staying current with programs to suggest new approaches to delivering better results.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
