We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Entry Level Virtual Insurance Sales Manager to sell life and health insurance to union members. In this role, you will manage client relationships, schedule appointments, and sell insurance within your assigned state territories all remotely. You will also have the opportunity to build and lead a team of motivated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize company-provided, no-cost leads from contracted unions to schedule appointments via Zoom and sell life and health insurance policies in your designated state territories.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with union members and their families.
• Leverage sales strategies and negotiation skills to effectively close deals using provided scripts.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Recruit and mentor a team of motivated professionals, fostering leadership and growth.
