Overview:
The Field Marketing Manager will partner with our company stores to develop local marketing strategies, drive tickets and engage customers.
The Field Marketing Manager will work as a liaison between the Retail Ops team and store-level community outreach leads to communicate and support brand-wide marketing initiatives. They will have a passion for putting the customer first and will have an understanding of the challenges, nuances and opportunities within the retail landscape.
This position will work with stores to develop innovative grassroots marketing concepts in addition to focusing on developing the company’s medical outreach strategies. They will travel as needed to meet with store's community outreach managers and Operating Partners, and to support larger company events.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development of a comprehensive medical outreach strategy at national and regional levels, building strategic partnerships, activating regional events, and launching high-impact initiatives to drive sustained growth.
Design and implement scalable tools, training, and support to enable consistent and effective local execution of medical outreach efforts across markets.
Support stores in developing and executing local marketing strategies aligned with Fleet Feet priorities, ensuring access to resources, guides, and updates.
Collaborate with store outreach contacts, District Managers, and Franchise Operations to communicate initiatives, understand market conditions, and identify growth opportunities.
Share and scale successful local efforts brand-wide, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement across the region.
Partner on major events and expos with SST and store leaders.
Qualifications:
3 years of retail marketing experience and/or medical outreach experience, preferred
Excellent communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to listen actively and adapt to different audiences
Builds and maintains trust from the team, staff, and customers by using good judgment
Team oriented and customer-centric
Hardworking, positive, and self-motivated
Strong organization and planning skills
Successful in fast paced environments; able to balance multiple priorities
Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions
Up to 50% travel required
Preferred location in Carrboro, NC or Fleet Feet market
