We are hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our clients team. As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving executive marketing programs, demand generation campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. You will work closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to create and deliver high-touch executive events, tradeshows, webinars, direct mail campaigns, and sales enablement resources. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaign Development: Design and implement ABM initiatives tailored for c-suite and senior decision-makers in Enterprise accounts, including bespoke 1-to-1 and 1-to-few marketing strategies.
- Executive Events: Plan and execute high-impact executive engagements such as Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Dinners, and bespoke events.
- Channel Ownership: Manage and deliver results through marketing channels such as webinars, direct mail, sponsorships, and industry events.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Establish robust measurement frameworks and detailed reporting processes using Salesforce to analyze campaign success and optimize strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals and enhance sales enablement.
Requirements
- Executive Management: 6+ years of experience engaging with and marketing to executive-level decision-makers.
- Field Marketing: 6+ years of field marketing experience, with a proven track record in enterprise environments.
- ABM Campaigns: 6+ years of experience creating and managing integrated account-based marketing campaigns.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging senior leaders.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a focus on delivering high-impact marketing initiatives.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $34 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
