FULL-TIME Senior Copywriter
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid, Tues-Thurs in-office, Mon & Fri remote)
Salary Range: $80-$95K + potential for 8% annual bonus
Timeline for hire: 3 interviews, ideally hiring for August 1 start date
Job Description:
Our client, a globally respected travel and hospitality brand, is seeking a Senior Copywriter to join their dynamic Marketing Brand team FULL TIME! This role is pivotal in shaping their brand voice and crafting narratives that resonate across all customer touchpoints. You'll collaborate closely with marketing strategists, designers, and stakeholders to transform insights into impactful creative concepts that elevate our brand presence. You'll be writing for fully integrated campaigns and to be considered, your portfolio must show a range of deliverables ideally from an agency or travel/tourism/hospitality background.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write high-impact, brand-aligned copy for a variety of platforms including social media, digital, print, and other customer-facing channels.
- Creative Strategy: Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative, solutions-oriented ideas that align with marketing goals.
- Concept Development: Consolidate creative ideas into clear, cohesive concepts and present them effectively to stakeholders.
- Creative Briefs: Develop detailed creative briefs that guide project direction and inspire the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between copy and design, ensuring thematic and visual cohesion across all creative assets.
- Mentorship & Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to team members and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Social Media Expertise: Write for all major social platforms, capture and edit content on mobile devices, and stay agile in a fast-paced digital environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional copywriting experience across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept through execution.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; ability to make basic copy changes as needed from time to time.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
