GROWTH MARKETING DIRECTOR ( HYBRID / NYC)
Overview:
Our retail client is seeking a Growth Marketing Director to lead their paid and lifecycle marketing efforts. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in NYC twice per week.
Responsibilities:
Paid Marketing:
- Manage a $XXM+ media budget across the full marketing funnel.
- Balance short-term and long-term KPIs using best-in-class marketing measurement.
Lifecycle Marketing:
- Oversee customer retention and loyalty strategies to enhance repeat purchase rates and reduce churn.
- Develop approaches to maximize LTV (Lifetime Value).
General Leadership & Partnerships:
- Lead a team of three growth marketers.
- Manage relationships with agency partners and vendors.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Digital Product, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Wholesale.
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership skills with team and agency management experience.
- 8+ years in performance marketing & lifecycle marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing a $XXM+ media budget while balancing ROAS & revenue KPIs.
- Expertise in paid media platforms and performance marketing optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills in customer analytics, marketing measurement, and attribution methodologies (MMM & incrementality testing).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in beauty industry or multi-category consumer brands.
- Experience with platforms such Looker, Klaviyo, Recharge and Haus
