Our Financial Services client is searching for a Junior Digital Designer to join their team. This role will focus on enhancing user experiences and driving marketing initiatives through effective design and strategy. 

Location: Onsite; Aventura, FL 
Duration: FTE 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design and updates of corporate websites, ensuring a seamless and polished user experience. 
• Conceptualize, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, manage mailing lists, and handle campaign deployment. 
• Design PowerPoint presentations, infographics, invitations, marketing decks, brochures, event signage, and other promotional materials to support business development and sales teams. 
• Create marketing materials for corporate events, attend events to provide creative support, and ensure brand consistency across all touch points. 
• Work closely with teams in the Miami office and international locations to support key initiatives. 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience 
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Squarespace and MS Office 
• Experience in Mailchimp, Hubspot, or similar platforms
• Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in print design is a big plus
