Role: Marketing Analyst Manager

Location: Naperville, IL (relocation offered)

Onsite: T/W/Th, Remote: M/F

Salary: 110K – 150K

Our client, a leading home solutions provider,  is seeking a Marketing Analyst Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role drives business growth by providing actionable insights into marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics, you’ll be responsible for campaign reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis supporting strategic initiatives. This role involves significant cross-functional collaboration with teams like Direct Mail Marketing Strategy, Commercial Finance, Data Science, and Marketing Operations.  A successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of clearly sharing findings, trends, and recommendations with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Independently analyze complex marketing data to diagnose issues and deliver actionable insights for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Will play key role in assessing ROI.

  • Analyze campaign results and cross-channel impacts, providing optimization recommendations.

  • Apply advanced design of experiment methods for A/B and multivariate testing strategies, ensuring statistical significance and optimizing performance.

  • Support long-term strategic planning and new partnership launches with data-driven insights.

  • Collaborate on building and maintaining marketing performance forecasts, reports, and KPI tracking.

  • Autonomously manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.

We're Excited If This Is You: Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, business, data science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 6+ years experience supporting marketing campaigns, including analytics, modeling, and performance optimization.

  • Experience supporting Direct Mail campaigns at scale (strongly preferred).

  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in data querying, business intelligence, and statistical tools (SQL, Snowflake, Looker, Excel); Python or R coding skills preferred.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of testing methodologies and test design for marketing campaigns.

Computer Skills Needed:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365; advanced Excel skills.

  • Expertise using SQL & Snowflake for data querying.

  • Working experience using Looker or similar visualization tools.

  • Python and R coding skills are a big plus.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, data science (or equivalent working experience required).
