As a key member of the Customer Engagement Media Strategy & Activation team, you’ll wield data as your superpower, crafting actionable insights that directly influence marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in building a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior, enabling personalized and effective campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and synthesize first, second, and third-party data to develop a holistic understanding of target audiences, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Compile data for various dashboards and fulfill ad-hoc data requests to support ongoing analysis and decision-making.
- Provide tactical support for direct and paid media campaigns by identifying and segmenting relevant audiences, ensuring accurate platform delivery, and supporting audience sizing requests.
- Manage audience data within marketing platforms, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy, currency, and proper utilization.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working within a Marketing team in a large, matrixed organization.
- Proficiency with data analysis and manipulation tools (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel).
- Experience with audience analysis, targeting, and segmentation strategies.
- Proven ability to use data from multiple sources to generate actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with paid media and direct channel activation platforms.
- Strong ability to translate complex insights and recommendations into clear and compelling presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- BA or equivalent work experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working with a specific marketing automation platform.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.10 to $62.34 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
