Elevate a global brand’s presence as a Consultant, Global Marketing! Partnering with Aquent and a leading beauty company, you’ll drive the creative vision and strategic development of iconic fashion brands, shaping their narrative and consumer experience on a global scale. As a key player in the Global Marketing team, you will:

• Spearhead the conceptualization and development of brand campaigns, from ideation to execution.
• Conduct thorough market research, trend analysis, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and licensing partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Oversee the artwork process, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across all materials.
• Develop innovative digital and social media strategies to engage target audiences.
• Create integrated launch plans encompassing hero assets, POS displays, social content, and more.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in global marketing, preferably within the beauty or consumer packaged goods industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the beauty industry and a passion for fashion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• MUST HAVE beauty and/or fragrance
  Understand fragrance specific competencies

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience in product development and launch management.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.71 to $31.91 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
