As a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives, managing projects, and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing department in various administrative tasks.
  • Create and update software files to maintain accurate records.
  • Track budgets and ensure adherence to allocated resources.
  • Create and maintain product code lists for efficient inventory management.
  • Create product orders and manage the order fulfillment process.
  • Open purchase orders and track their progress.
  • Manage order forms and ensure timely processing.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management and multitasking across multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in software file management.
  • Ability to track budgets and manage resources effectively.
  • Experience with product ordering and purchase order processes.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27 to $30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
