Marketing Coordinator
**This role in ONSITE M-Th 7:30am-5:30pm, Fri. 7:30am-11:30am. Office is located at 290 and Tidwell.**
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for firm-wide marketing materials production. This person will be responsible for supporting a variety of marketing activities including proposals, events, social media, web updates, maintenance of databases, client files, project description files and mailing lists, brochures, and mailers.
Salary range is as follows:
0-5 years of experience ($50-$65k)
5+ years of experience ($60-$80k)
Essential Functions:
- Event Planning
- Maintenance of the website
- Social media updates
- Special marketing campaigns
- Graphics Design (basic level)
- Coordination and production of a variety of proposals
- Maintaining and updating marketing information (resumes, project sheets, mailing lists, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing/Communications/English/Journalism/Graphic Design or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be comfortable performing in a deadline-oriented environment
Marketing Software:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
- WordPress (basic)
