As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and market penetration within the North American startup landscape. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, you’ll orchestrate impactful go-to-market campaigns, generate substantial demand, and establish this innovative company as the go-to provider for startups across the region. Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the North American startup ecosystem.
• Partner with sales and customer engineering teams to identify opportunities, develop targeted strategies, and ensure pipeline coverage.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts, share best practices, and maximize impact.
• Drive customer acquisition and pipeline generation through a variety of channels, including digital events, targeted campaigns, and executive engagement programs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners to expand reach and amplify marketing initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing high-impact campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the startup ecosystem and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this market.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.57 to $78.42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
