This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week.

In this role, you'll take on various responsibilities, including developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives. You'll expertly balance day-to-day marketing activities with long-term strategic planning to support Lenox's growth and business objectives. Your fun-loving and witty personality makes you relatable and easy to collaborate with, allowing you to effectively drive strategy alongside other business partners. Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking, you excel in managing multiple priorities with ease while maintaining a positive and engaging work atmosphere.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of integrated marketing solutions including overarching campaigns, communications, digital, advertising, sponsorships, meetings, and events, etc.
  • Collaborate with leadership to explore opportunities that drive revenue growth, crafting marketing initiatives to support these goals.
  • Oversee compliance processes across platforms, ensuring initial approvals and ongoing compliance.
  • Assist Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging & Inclusion Committee & Lenox Cares, our internal charitable organization, in development & execution of marketing-related activities, as well as provide guidance to team members.
  • Coordination of internal programs & events.
  • Assist in yearly marketing plan development.
  • Continuous competitive analysis and identification of industry trends.
  • Additional projects in support of corporate goals, as needed.
  • Financial services, professional services, or experience in any other regulated industries is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with content management systems, HTML, and image & video editing/creation applications a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $98,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
