Summary:
In this role at Totalis Program Underwriters, you will be a key player in supporting and driving marketing efforts and sales needs across the MGA/MGU Programs platform within the Property and Casualty business line. Your ability to handle various tasks at a time and exercise independent strategic discernment is crucial to align marketing and sales best to meet the revenue goals for the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager at Totalis Program Underwriters, you’ll be dedicated to continually elevating your breadth of knowledge and depth of experience essential to driving business growth.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop Strategic Integrated Marketing Solutions: Understand business needs and develop strategic integrated marketing solutions, including overarching campaigns, collateral, digital, advertising, sponsorships, tradeshows, and additional marketing.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct continuous competitive analysis and identify industry trends.
- Cross-Product Campaigns: Develop and execute cross-product campaigns, including cross-selling with existing clients and lead generation with prospects.
- Corporate Initiatives: Provide as-needed assistance on high-level corporate initiatives and additional projects in support of corporate goals.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate across multiple stakeholders in marketing and client support.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales enablement to develop materials and prospect marketing to align with sales goals.
- Event and Training Support: Provide marketing support for tradeshows, webinars, specific meetings, and training initiatives, coordinating closely with the teams responsible for event management and training development/delivery.
Execution and Support
- Marketing Materials: Handle the collection, creation, and deployment of marketing materials utilizing the creative and meetings/event teams.
- Sales Support: Provide day-to-day sales support, including presentations and materials.
- Recurring Communications: Execute all recurring communications.
- Marketing Maintenance: Manage marketing maintenance and evolution to new onboard capabilities as new expertise is added within the business.
Performance and Reporting
- Performance Measurement: Measure and report performance throughout a campaign.
What We're Looking For:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understanding of the sales/lead nurturing process and how marketing fits into that structure
- Experience in marketing plan/strategy/timeline development
- Tradeshow and industry sponsorship marketing management
- General project management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of the technical aspects of print design and production
Education and Experience:
- 3 years of marketing/communications experience
- Insurance industry knowledge
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or related field
- Familiarity/experience with a broad range of tools:
- SalesForce (or similar CRM)
- Pardot (or similar marketing automation platform)
- Hubspot
- Marketing Library/Content Management System
- Design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite preferred

The base salary range for this position is $64,000 – $75,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
