Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing / Advertising & Promotions Budget Tracking & Updating:
  • Experience in raising Purchase Orders, processing invoices, tracking, and reconciling promotional expenses across brands Marketing and Sales.
  • Experience in creating, updating, and publishing reports on promotional expenses based on agreed frequency with relevant Marketing and Finance stakeholders.
  • Experience in coordinating with external vendors/suppliers/agencies regarding invoices/payments for Marketing-related expenses.
  • Experience in keeping all relevant records/files related to promotional expenses to provide input to expense/budget planning of Marketing teams.
