Overview:

Our global banking client is seeking a Partnership Marketing Project Manager to join their team! This role supports the development and execution of marketing strategies for travel-related partnerships and benefits. Working cross-functionally, the position focuses on enhancing customer engagement with travel offerings, managing partner campaigns, and driving awareness through innovative marketing programs.

The Basics:

• Starting at the end of June 2025 (Uncertain if there will be an opportunity to convert to FTE or extend into 2026)
• 6 month duration offering 40 hours per week
• 5 days a week in the NYC office (Hudson Yards)

Top 3 Skills Required:

1. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with precision.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven success in aligning with diverse internal and external stakeholders with an ability to communicate effectively with ease.
3. Strategic Marketing: Experience in consumer marketing with a focus on engagement and results.

Other Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4+ years in consumer marketing, preferably in travel, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing external partners and creative assets.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing strategy and execution for travel programs and hosted trips.
• Collaborate with internal teams to activate cardmember experiences and evergreen itineraries.
• Manage creative development and asset inclusion across marketing channels.
• Build and maintain a marketing asset library with partner contributions.
• Develop campaign performance reports in collaboration with analytics teams.
• Identify and vet new partnership opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
• Drive innovation in marketing approaches to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives in a deadline-driven environment.
