Performance Marketing Manager
Position Overview
Our client, a global insurance company, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team in a temp to perm capacity. This role will be 40 hours per week hybrid (2 days per week onsite) in Manhattan.
As the Performance Marketing Manager you will lead and implement complex B2B paid media campaigns. You will manage all aspects of multi-channel campaigns including strategy, conceptualization, planning, targeting, setup & implementation, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate has hands-on depth and breadth of experience using various digital marketing and advertising platforms including Google Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ad Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, execution, and implementation of Account-Based Marketing paid media campaigns.
- Manage and optimize campaigns using social media ad platforms such as Google Campaign Manager and LinkedIn Campaigns.
- Utilize programmatic tools such as AdDaptive and Demandbase as well as analytics tools such as Google Campaing Manager and Google Analytics.
- Partner with the team on creative development for campaing assets.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Create and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Experience in ABM (Account-based Marketing) and B2B demand generation.
- Proficiency in Google Campaign Manager and LinkedIn Campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Accutics, Tableau, Funnel.io, Demandbase, Google Tag Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of working with large data sets and an understanding of paid media KPIs.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with campaign optimization and analytics.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Demonstrated time management abilities and the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required (concentration in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred)
