Our major Tech client is seeking a Performance Partner Lead to join their team for 12 months. This is a fully remote role, but candidate must be local to Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA.

We're looking for a driven and collaborative performance partner lead to join our Developer Growth and Marketing team, focused on helping games thrive through smart, creative developer marketing.
Summary: In this role, you'll work closely with the Services Affiliate team to drive the success of our Performance Partner Program. Your focus will be onboarding new developer partners, optimizing their performance, and ensuring they maximize the value of the program for their benefit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile gaming, partner marketing, affiliate marketing, and both organic and paid media strategies.
Responsibilities:
-Developer Onboarding & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for
developers in the affiliate program, guiding them through onboarding, best
practices, and optimization strategies.
-Affiliate Marketing Strategy & Optimization: Assist developers in leveraging
both organic and paid media channels to drive engagement and revenue through the
program.
-Evangelization & Advocacy: Champion the affiliate program across Arcade's
developer community , building awareness and enthusiasm among developers
and potential partners.
-Program Enablement & Scalability: Develop scalable onboarding materials,
playbooks, and toolkits to streamline partner adoption and support program
growth.
-Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key metrics, identify growth
opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve developer success in
the program.
-Creative & Campaign Support: Review developer-created marketing materials
and plans to ensure alignment with Arcade's brand guidelines and performance
goals.
-Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Services Affiliate team
to enhance program impact and scalability
Qualifications:
-Strong understanding of mobile game marketing, with experience working with
game developers.
-Proven track record in running or managing affiliate partner programs, ideally
in the gaming or app space.
-Familiarity with leveraging influencers, social media, performance marketing,
and other acquisition strategies.
-Ability to interpret performance data and recommend optimizations based on
insights.
-Skilled in working with external partners, providing guidance, and fostering
long-term success.
-Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
