Overview
Our well-known banking client is seeking a Product Marketing Partner to join their team! This role supports product marketing initiatives in collaboration with the retail channel. The Product Marketing Partner will serve as a liaison between marketing and retail teams, ensuring brand consistency, timely execution of campaigns, and effective communication across stakeholders. The role emphasizes project management, creative coordination, and process navigation, with opportunities for creative input.
The Basics
- Location: Riverside, RI
- Onsite Requirements: Hybrid (flexible which days, 3x onsite a week)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Schedule: Standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
- Duration: 6 months (Fixed, parental leave coverage)

- Marketing Project Management - Ability to manage timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Experience working with retail partners, creative teams, and media agencies.
- Communication & Process Navigation - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage internal updates and guide stakeholders through established processes.
Other Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, including budgeting and invoice processing
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, and calendar-based project planning
- Experience with social media templates and out-of-home advertising (e.g., billboards)
- Financial services or retail industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Agency or creative coordination experience is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and ability to push deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage marketing and retail action items using established templates and documentation
- Maintain weekly internal newsletters and update SharePoint content
- Manage marketing budget and invoice processing
- Coordinate with media agencies and creative teams for campaign execution
- Update social media templates and support new branch marketing efforts
- Collaborate with supermarket partners (e.g., Giant Eagle, Stop & Shop) on in-store promotions and digital banners
- Manage teller receipt messaging and asset tracking using a calendar-based project plan
- Ensure adherence to brand and marketing guidelines as a subject matter expert
