Out agency client, that specializes in FOOD CPG/Packaging Production, is looking for a Full-Time Project Manager to join their team.
This role is Hybrid, onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in their new Fulton Market office (downtown Chicago, IL). Public transportation is accessible.
This is an exciting role for an experienced Food CPG/Packaging Project Manager to join the team producing packaging deliverables for a high-volume private label Food / Beverage brand. You'll work alongside client service, creatives, copywriters, CGI artists, photographers, and production artists alike to bring new packaging designs, extensions, adaptations, and updates to life. The ideal candidate has extensive packaging experience working with 250+ SKUs and a PM software, ideally Workfront, to be considered for the role.
Requirements of the Print Project Manager:
-Extensive PM experience the in the Food CPG packaging space
-Experience working with 250+ SKUS
-Proficient in a project management tool, ideally Workfront
-Open to onsite Hybrid schedule
Responsibilities of the Print Project Manager:
-Developing project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
-Overseeing the effective delivery of all projects
-Track and report on project performance
-Adhering to timelines, budgets, and margin targets
-Acting as the main client facing contact providing ongoing updates and reports
-Providing communication between the client and internal projects team
-Collaborating with the brand teams to ensure goals are aligned
-Providing insights on packaging trends to enhance project outcomes
-Offering recommendations to optimize packaging and creative executions
-Identifying and addressing roadblocks, ensuring efficient project workflows
