SDET Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled SDET Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through effective test automation and quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide timely feedback on testability.
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure application quality and performance.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and issues to ensure resolution.
• Participate in code reviews to provide insights on quality and best testing practices.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and train junior QA team members on automation and quality assurance methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SDET, QA Engineer, or similar role in software testing.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python for test automation.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
