The Crown Is Yours
As the Senior Product Manager, Bet Slip you will join a highly collaborative group of product professionals, reporting directly to the Director, Core Experience Sportsbook Product. You will spearhead initiatives that streamline bet placement and enhance the feedback loops that inform our roadmap. You will be responsible for defining goals, working closely with our native engineering teams, and leveraging data to rapidly test, learn, and iterate.
What you’ll do
Take full responsibility for the bet slip’s core functionality and performance, treating it like a high converting “shopping cart” that simplifies the path from discovering bets to placing them.
Guide a dedicated group of engineers across platforms (iOS, Android) to deliver smaller, self-contained projects. Ensure robust code reviews, best practices, and quality standards that result in a stable, reliable betting “checkout” experience.
Embrace a test-and-learn approach. Use customer feedback, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing to rapidly iterate on features, just as you would optimize a cart checkout funnel in e-commerce, driving improved bet success rates and overall customer satisfaction.
Engage with designers, data analysts, and other product managers to define product requirements and align on priorities. Conduct weekly grooming sessions and daily standups to keep the entire team informed and on track.
Define and maintain a flexible, high-level roadmap. Focus on achieving clear business objectives and KPIs, and pivot direction swiftly based on user feedback, data insights, and market conditions.
Provide weekly updates on progress, launches, experiment results, and KPI performance, ensuring transparency and alignment across the team and stakeholders.

What you'll bring
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer-facing digital products. Familiarity with iOS, Android, and Web development lifecycle a requirement.
Skilled at generating hypotheses, running experiments, and using analytics tools to inform product direction. You understand the levers that drive conversion and engagement in a cart-like experience.
Proven ability to work closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams. You have a knack for building relationships across the organization and can influence outcomes without formal authority.
Comfortable with a flexible roadmap and capable of shifting priorities quickly based on feedback and performance metrics.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills. You can clearly articulate product decisions, roadmap updates, and experiment outcomes to various audiences.
Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports betting landscape. Familiarity with real-money gaming is a strong plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 136,000.00 USD - 170,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
