Rate Range: $50 - $60/hourA leading entertainment brand is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Production Manager to support their in-house creative and character art teams. This is a part-time, hybrid contract role based in Universal City, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial term. You'll be hands-on with the production and preparation of both print and digital assets, working across design guides, character artwork, and promotional materials.IDEAL CANDIDATE:You have deep experience in creative production with prepress workflows, file prepping, and quality control. You're known for your precision, calm under pressure, and ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping everything organized. You love the behind-the-scenes process that brings visual work to life, and you thrive in a collaborative environment with creative teams.WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Prep and finalize assets for presentations, branding, retail, and character design guides
• Ensure supplied artwork is production-ready for both digital and print
• Preflight and clean up files in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Collaborate with the character art team to optimize assets and manage color correction
• Package and release files to internal asset management teams and external partners
• Maintain consistent file structure and production timelines
• Support project managers with asset coordination and delivery schedules
• Design and update trade show signage, web banners, and retailer marketing materials
• Help advance the company's DEI efforts through thoughtful creative executionMUST-HAVES: 
  • Solid background in print production, prepress, and digital asset management
  • Proven experience in a production artist or senior production/creative operations role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
    • Acrobat
    • Bridge
  • Strong knowledge of color management best practices
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Mac proficiency (PC knowledge a plus)
