Our client, a portfolio of liquor brands, is looking for a freelance Social Media Content Creator to assist their team! This will be a part-time position, with around 10-15 hours of work per week, ongoing. This will be hybrid onsite / remote, with some in-person events required in NYC. This role has the potential to increase in hours over the course of the next year.
The Social Media Content Creator will:
-focus primarily on Instagram + TikTok, and work with their brand team to develop the content strategy to optimize engagement / grow their follower count
-create content by going onsite to bars, events, activations, etc. and taking photos and videos to be used across channels
-interpret insights / trends, and make recommendations on content they can produce
-manage comments + responses on both channels, and engage with consumers as-needed
The Social Media Content Creator has:
-ideally 3+ years of experience in managing social media accounts and / or content creation experience (big plus if you've worked with food, CPG, or liquor brands)
-fluency in Instagram + TikTok, and an understanding of what works on each platform
-your own computer, and ideally some onsite availability in NYC
-ability to create basic social content from your phone (videos / reels, as well as static images for social)
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
