Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting all communications teams on content strategy, implementation and approvals. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Execution, this role will bey a key partner to stakeholders companywide. Key skills this candidate must possess are strong accountability and resolution, extreme attention to detail, ability to problem solve, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to collaborate and negotiate with external partners (networks, movie studios, affiliates, streaming services, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) while effectively communicating with all internal stakeholders and agency partners. This position will ensure the content, which is critical to showcasing the Xfinity brand and product, satisfies internal and external content parameters. This position will also continue to build and maintain positive relationships with external partners/programmers.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with content providers, including networks, movie studios, affiliates, streaming services, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Secure content and oversee all network and third-party feedback and approvals for placement in all Marcom and internal team tactics.
Maintain quarterly content database that provides agencies to early access to programmer quarterly priorities.
Provide content feedback and approvals for creative across all Xfinity campaigns and communications.
Work closely with multiple internal teams and agencies to understand initiatives, requirements and timelines, to ensure content is properly included in all tactics and that required approvals can been secured.
Provide feedback and approval on all creative that includes external content.
Train agencies and internal stakeholders on content process and guidelines.
Provide any content updates or changes to all impacted users on a timely basis.
Proactively develop ways to further enhance content inclusion and integration.
Evaluate, and continue to formalize and optimize the content process.
