The Role

In this role, you'll help Fidelity's Stock Plan Services (SPS) participants better understand and navigate their equity compensation stock awards and ESPPs, ensuring an exceptional experience that drives engagement and action and creates lifetime Fidelity customers.

As part of the SPS Marketing Team, you'll lead the development and delivery of high-impact, scalable participant communications and education across the full lifecycle of our participants' stock plan experience. You'll craft compelling content that meets people where they are-through email campaigns, digital experiences, videos, workshops, and more. Your work will be grounded in data and driven by empathy and understanding, helping participants feel confident in their decisions and connected to Fidelity.

You'll partner with colleagues and manage relationships with internal partners and external vendors to deliver your communication and education materials, ensuring alignment with broader strategies, brand and content guidelines, and messaging goals.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in communications, marketing, or education-ideally in stock plans, retirement, or employee benefits for domestic and global audiences.

  • Proven ability to develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, including email, web, video, and live/virtual events.

  • Exceptional writing skills across various channels with a focus on brevity, clarity, tone, and persuasion. You know how to understand audience segments to tailor messages and simplify financial topics. (Writing samples will be required.)

  • Experience working with external vendors to develop content and deliverables, focusing on quality, consistency, and timelines.

  • Experience with digital distribution tools like Salesforce or similar platforms to deliver personalized, scalable messaging.

  • An analytical mindset and strong ability to measure campaign performance, run A/B tests, and use insights to optimize content and strategy.

  • Skilled at building relationships across teams and navigating a matrixed organization to get things done.

  • You're a self-starter with initiative and curiosity; you bring fresh ideas, anticipate needs, and take ownership of complex projects from start to finish.

The Team

We are responsible for defining, developing, and executing the core, cross-channel SPS Communication and Education (C&E) offering. Through a deep understanding of participants' needs, behaviors, and motivations, we engage participants at key moments during the lifecycle of their stock plan to help them get started, navigate plan events, and build a plan for their equity that helps them reach their financial goals. We have a focus on continued improvement, seeking ways to enhance and evolve the current offering while looking for opportunities to streamline processes and find more efficient ways of working. We are motivated by team camaraderie and passionate about doing the right thing for participants.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
