The Producer will play a vital role in supporting the Manager, and Studio Production across a wide range of projects, including brand photo and video shoots, sizzle reels, and social productions. This position is instrumental in helping bring the brand to life through high-quality, engaging content that inspires our guests and sets industry standards. As a key partner in the creative process, the Producer will collaborate closely with creative leadership to align on project objectives, gather critical information, develop robust production plans, and coordinate necessary resources. This includes managing projects within our Bolingbrook Studio as well as those produced externally with agency partners. Success in this role requires a high level of detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit. The Producer must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing timelines, budgets, and communications to ensure smooth execution from concept through final delivery.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support the Manager, and Studio Production with planning, communication, timelines, samples, and deliverables for external campaign shoots.
-Assist the Sr. Creative Producer with omni-channel productions, including pre/production execution, post-production, and asset delivery.
-Contribute to the development of multimedia content optimized for various platforms, including organic and paid social with an understanding of various resourcing including internal and external agencies & creators.
-Support the team in managing multiple layers of communications and feedback with external agencies.
-Lead end-to-end content development and oversee production capabilities across projects.
-Manage video production workflows with internal teams and external partners, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
-Collaborate with Influencer Relations and agency partners to create cohesive and strategic content opportunities.
-Partner with Creative Operations and Creative teams to deliver strategic creative efficiently and within budget constraints.
-Assist in generating purchase orders, processing invoices through Ariba, and supporting budget management.
-Help negotiate and execute contracts with freelance talent, vendors, and agencies as required.
-Collaborate with post-production teams on retouching, video editing, asset delivery, and archiving.
-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
-4-5 years of experience as a Producer, with a strong background in large-scale campaign production, product photography, video capture, and social media asset development.
-Proficient in tools and software essential to production and project management, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite, and SharePoint.
-Exceptional communication, organizational and logistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
-Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and production timelines effectively.
-Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
-Proven track record of delivering projects accurately, efficiently, and on time.
-A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation in both production processes and technology.
-Enthusiastic about beauty products and brands.
-Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including remote work and occasional on-site presence at our Bolingbrook office.
-Willingness to travel as needed to support production needs.
