Position Overview
Our financial services client is seeking a UX Product Designer with Salesforce experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet user needs and drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
- Create and maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX and interaction design
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and interaction design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Salesforce
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems
- Familiarly with Design Systems
- Agile experience
