We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist who is passionate about content, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is driven to enhance the customer experience through streamlined asset workflows and cross-functional coordination.
About the Team
This dynamic Marketing Operations team supports a wide range of content types and collaborates across departments including Partner Relations, App Services, Video Operations, Music Video Content, Technical Operations, and Quality Control. The team plays a key role in the delivery and localization of global marketing video assets used in both on-platform and off-platform promotional campaigns.
We manage timelines, ensure quality control, coordinate with creative and distribution teams, and uphold brand consistency and excellence in all deliverables. We're a team of self-starters who problem-solve and think analytically to help scale creative output and improve the global user experience.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily management and tracking of global marketing assets for promotional use and archival purposes.

Confirm usage and release timelines for all marketing deliverables.

Track incoming source materials and oversee delivery of final creative assets.

Coordinate ordering and delivery of localized marketing assets in partnership with localization teams.

Attend cross-functional meetings and represent the marketing operations team in key project discussions.

Monitor and maintain milestone schedules, due dates, and partner timelines.

Communicate risks or delays and proactively issue alerts for projects at risk of missing deadlines.

Provide regular status updates and reporting to internal teams and stakeholders.

Collaborate with creative teams and third-party vendors on workflows and quality control.

Troubleshoot delivery or workflow issues and ensure timely resolution.

Manage final approvals before assets move into production or distribution pipelines.

Support global artwork and promotional asset needs in partnership with brand marketing teams.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations within a studio, streaming platform, or marketing/creative agency.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to think both strategically and tactically; comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Confident presenting project updates and flagging issues to senior leadership.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset.

Experience leading projects independently and delivering impactful results across teams.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for a wide audience.

Experience managing large-scale, international marketing campaigns under tight timelines.

Adaptable, resourceful, and resilient with a positive and team-first attitude.

Familiarity with digital entertainment ecosystems and consumer-facing content platforms is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in Marketing Operations and/or marketing asset management.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.53 to $52.82 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
