As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of users engage with cutting-edge services and products. Your expertise in lifecycle marketing will be instrumental in crafting and executing impactful multi-channel communications that drive awareness and engagement on a global scale. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be the architect of customer journeys, developing, testing, and deploying impactful communications that resonate with users worldwide. You will leverage your analytical prowess to optimize performance through A/B testing, constantly seeking ways to enhance engagement and drive growth. Your insights will be essential in identifying opportunities for improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency, and product tooling. Become a subject matter expert, sharing your knowledge and building a repository of best practices and playbooks that empower the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys, considering product objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders on complex global projects, ensuring alignment on operational plans, deliverables, and risks.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, monitoring for operational integrity, and addressing any emerging issues.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base of best practices and playbooks.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys).
  • Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills
  • SQL experience (Please note, there will be a SQL assessment as part of the interview process).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, make sound judgments, and pivot as needed under pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and consideration for the impact on partners.
  • Effective communication skills across various mediums (e.g., Slack, email, presentations).
  • Passion for media products and services.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Deep familiarity with various operating systems, software, and hardware.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57.60 to $64.01 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.About Aquent Talent:
