




Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 5-month role (40 hrs/week). This is a hybrid role - candidates must be able to work onsite in Lone Tree, CO 3 days a week (can work from home on remaining days).
Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This role involves managing project scope, resources, timelines, and budgets while fostering communication and collaboration among stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and closure processes.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and management.
- Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to the project.
- Oversee risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships to support project needs.
- Lead and mentor project teams to enhance their performance and development.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.

- Proven experience in risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent budget management and resource allocation skills.
