Responsibilities

• Orders and maintains merchandising items requested by Sales and Marketing team.
• Coach Sales teams on order process.
• Create content for Liberty specific training on the Merchandising ordering process.
• Update and maintain equipment sell sheets for Commercial and Sales team.
• Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made via goods receipt and tracking management system.
• Process and code invoice for payment via IMS system.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors.
• Maintains recording of commercial team budget details including reimbursements from brand partners.
• Review and verify incentive payout. Coordinate incentive payout with Incentive Lead.
• Provide budget, spending, and inventory reporting to Commercial team.
• Analyze program spending and results.
• Overall support of the Commercial team for ad hoc projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• High school or GED required.
• College preferred.
• Three years of relevant experience required.
