Job Summary
Comcast Advertising is seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist/Coordinator to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate Comcast Advertising's brands - Effectv, FreeWheel, Universal Ads - and drive business growth. Supporting the Brand Strategy Directors, this role is ideal for a marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience in the media, advertising, or advertising technology industries, with a strong foundation in brand or product marketing and exposure to demand generation, content marketing, and/or communications. This person will assist in the creation of compelling messaging and positioning, creative campaigns, and integrated marketing efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, creative, communications, and events, this individual will contribute to the development of marketing assets, campaign execution, and performance tracking to ensure brand consistency and impact. Core Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals and reinforce Comcast Advertising's positioning.
Manage an overall calendar of activities that all teams across marketing and communications can use as a single source of truth for in-market messaging. Help project manage all brand initiatives providing clarity of timing, roles and KPIs.
Track and summarize insights about key marketplace & competitive trends, as well as other implications from industry research and partnerships. Use these insights to help shape branding recommendations. Develop and maintain demographic and other market data as needed to support marketing goals.
Serve as a key stakeholder in the ongoing management and execution of events and content development for Industry Councils & Advisory Boards including the Advertising Council, VAB, IAB and more.
Support collaboration with Demand Generation team to update website landing pages and develop extensions of brand campaigns appropriate to demand generation objectives.
Help research, review and recruit potential customers for case studies, including developing compelling stories, and coordinating filming/production with the creative team. Collaborate with sales to develop go to market plan, and social media team to develop distribution strategies.
Partner with Events & Creative teams on messaging & design for owned & operated + industry events, ensuring brand consistency and alignment to overall brand strategy.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $80,321.18 - $120,481.78
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
