As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work with the Digital Marketing Planning Manager and internal paid performance team to support effective digital media planning for TJMaxx.com and Marshalls.com. Support overall brand goals to drive traffic online and in store.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

  • Act as digital media content standard process advisor, providing POV on the competitive paid and organic landscape (Meta, Google, Affiliate)
  • In collaboration with SEO agency, keep up to date on the SEO landscape and share findings with key collaborators
  • Steward and build reporting and templates to be used to monitor the business and track results cross functionally
  • Make recommendations for campaign improvement based on observations
  • Support Planning Manager on identifying monthly budget optimizations to help coordinate efforts across multiple channels (Search, Social, Affiliate)
  • Own daily/weekly reporting and identify optimizations based on changing business needs
  • Establish functional relationships with Website Team, Brand Marketing, Performance Media, Customer Analytics and Web Analytics teams
  • Regularly evaluate, identify and action on process optimizations in partnership with Planning Manager and channel teams
  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure programs are completed flawlessly and get results for MMX.com
  • Analyze programs and provide reporting to cross channel teams with key findings and implications for future programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience at a Media Agency or equivalent marketing role
  • Great teammate who is collaborative while being an effective communicator working cross functionally
  • Ability to work with and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data and present it to a variety of collaborators
  • Results driven, detail oriented, and self-motivated
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficient at Excel (ability to leverage formulas and create pivots needed for analysis)

This position is hybrid requiring 2 days per week in the office in Framingham, MA and is not open to remote work.

This position has a starting salary range of $60,500 to $75,600 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
