SUMMARY:
Demonstrates a clear understanding of Event, Retail, and Proximity Marketing strategies and objectives. Identify, develop, implement and support process improvements and process changes across Renewal by Andersen Non-Traditional Marketing Programs. Facilitate new hire training and onboarding for various roles and in our Corporate Owned locations. Collaborate with peers and leaders to identify potential improvements, and carry out strategic execution of Non-Traditional Marketing initiatives with a specific focus on our team member training and onboarding experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate and execute new hire onboarding and training across various locations, including the development and training of Non-Traditional leaders, to ensure a personalized, engaging, and impactful learning experience.
- Leading continuous education through virtual means, providing guidance and training on various topics including our prescribed methodology and processes, technological programs, and process updates.
- Continuous process improvement and analysis. This is conducted through continuous feedback collection, collaboration with leaders and employees, and data analytics to determine effectiveness of processes, and suggest solutions to lead to improvement.
- Use of different creative platforms to design, create, and implement interactive and engaging training content, tools, and resources.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Requires associate degree or bachelor's degree, or equivalent skills and abilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in training, with proven ability to develop and implement effective programs and manage teams.
- Proficient communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner
- Advanced presentation skills to groups of varying sizes, both virtual and in person.
- Experience and ability to learn and use various programs to create interactive materials and training content including but not limited to Microsoft Suite applications, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
- Ability to adjust training approach and strategy when considering training and teaching individuals of all backgrounds and skillsets.
- Experience with data analytics, and ability to make data driven decisions and suggestions.
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (2-3 trips per month)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $56,680-$82,268.

In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
