Senior Manager, Production for Communications Services
The Role
Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, overseeing all aspects of trafficking content through activation phase.
Runs a calendar of deadlines using Workfront system and working with functional leads for Editorial, Design and Video Production to assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize the progress of project workload including videos, animations, design components, broadcasts, photography and communications content campaigns that help to advance Fidelity's corporate brand.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Book studio and location shoots
- Project manage audio visual productions
- Traffic design project requests
- Traffic video project requests
- Arrange for, schedule and manage creative and production resources, including production, location, broadcast and studio video and audio recording, etc.
- Ensure that all needed project information is entered into the scheduling tool in

- Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Communications, journalism or equivalent educational training.

The Team
Fidelity's Communications organization is responsible for protecting and strengthening the firm's reputation, enabling business priorities, and engaging key stakeholders through clear, consistent, and compelling communications. The Communications Platforms and Products group partners closely with leaders across the organization to ensure the tools and platforms that support Communications are purposeful, welldesigned, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of the business and its stakeholders.
The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
