




Technical Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception to completion. This is a 12-month, 40 hours per week contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the collaboration platforms used within the team and by our cross-functional partners to track and prioritize programs, feature enhancements, and status
- Provide reporting on project, program, and product status across the various business and lifecycles
- Create and manage the tools necessary for marketing, business and product leaders to evaluate and prioritize a large portfolio of projects
- Plan, track, and launch campaigns and projects that support the ongoing growth and enjoyment
of media services - Work closely with global and cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product, Operations, Business and
Marketing. - Prioritize strategic marketing campaigns, feature asks, feature performance evaluation, and partnering with the Marketing team in strategic planning.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in project and process management with a focus in cross-functional collaboration and prioritization
- Keen understanding of subscription media services, marketing campaigns, product development lifecycles, and flexible, real-time collaboration.
- Experience creating and managing project workflows, and prioritizing those projects leveraging collaboration tools such as Quip, Confluence, Wrike, etc.
- Ability to formulate new ideas and approaches, be oriented towards experimentation, and use data and structured thinking to inform approach
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with and present to partners at all levels of the organization
- Expertise in working effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction
- Experience partnering with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to prioritize new features, programs and capabilities
- Experience tracking and managing multiple projects, businesses and products within tight deadlines, using project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
- A stellar teammate who is able to influence and drive decision making for the group as a whole
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
