Brand Manager (Restaurant) - Direct-Hire
Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the strategy and continuous improvement roadmap for the client's permanent menu, ensuring core items remain differentiated, operationally sound, and guest-approved
- Identify and lead enhancement opportunities based on guest feedback, culinary research, and operational data, for example recalibrating ingredient ratios or improving consistency at scale across 2,000+ stores
- Partner cross-functionally with various teams to vet ideas for financial viability and operational readiness before rollout
- Translate consumer research and business analytics into clear product briefs, menu recommendations, and launch proposals
- Track emerging food and beverage trends and evaluate how they apply to or can elevate the core menu without disrupting brand identity
- Define change strategies and work with Operations and Learning & Development teams to ensure smooth adoption of any updates across the store network
- Evaluate strategic partnerships with suppliers, culinary influencers, and brand partners that could strengthen menu credibility and cultural resonance
- Bring genuine curiosity and passion for food to the job, you will regularly taste, evaluate, and provide detailed feedback on items throughout the development process
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a nationally branded retail or hospitality environment, with a preference for QSR or food service
- Experience leading or significantly driving an ideation or product development process, not just participating in one
- Proven ability to work at scale; demonstrated comfort with the complexity that comes with enterprise-level rollouts
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment across a variety of teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics and consumer research to inform and defend strategic recommendations
- Strong project management and financial analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A genuine passion for the food industry
