Job Description

Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Social Platforms, you will lead the Business Marketing function as the central point of accountability for integrating business and marketing priorities. You are responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and programs that align to business objectives and deliver measurable results.

You will work in close collaboration with business leaders across product and segment teams to ensure marketing strategies are tightly connected to business goals, customer needs, and growth priorities. With a focus on Fidelity Wealth and Fidelity Brokerage, you will drive alignment across strategy, planning, and execution to create consistent, high-impact outcomes.

Using your cross-functional marketing expertise, strong strategic thinking, and deep understanding of customer insights, you will evolve an audience-first messaging strategy across the Fidelity consumer portfolio. This includes orchestrating integrated marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels to support customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and loyalty.

You will define how offerings are positioned and brought to market across customer segments and lifecycle stages, ensuring consistent, personalized, and trust-building experiences. You will bring discipline and innovation to annual and program planning, guide the development of strategic and creative work, and ensure coordinated execution across all marketing touchpoints.

You will also lead and develop a high-performing team, including a direct report responsible for overseeing the strategy and development of the firm's loyalty program.

  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives, performance insights, and customer needs into actionable marketing programs
  • Experienced people leader who builds, coaches, and develops highperforming teams with clear accountability and growth focus
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and collaborate effectively across business, product, and segment leadership teams
  • Deep understanding of customer insights, research, and analytics, with an ability to apply data to inform decisions and optimize performance
  • Track record of delivering customer-centric experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty, ideally within financial services or similarly complex industries
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across marketing, product, analytics, and senior executive levels
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly structure recommendations, influence decisions, and present to executive audiences
  • Authentic and inclusive leader who fosters innovation, continuous learning, and a culture of collaboration and results

The Value You Deliver

  • Ownership of a clear, integrated marketing strategy and plan that drives business outcomes across customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty
  • Strong alignment between marketing and business priorities through close partnership with product and segment leaders
  • Differentiated, consistent, and customer-first messaging delivered effectively across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • High-performing marketing programs with disciplined execution, clear prioritization, and measurable impact
  • A stronger organization through talent development, team leadership, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Enhanced customer experiences across the lifecycle, simplifying the product landscape and increasing relevance and engagement
  • Improved operational efficiency through thoughtful resource allocation, planning rigor, and cross-functional coordination
  • An outside-in perspective that leverages market trends, competitive insights, and consumer needs to identify new growth opportunities
